1. Fluorite decalcification beneficiation process

The process has the advantages of good calcium removal efficiency, simple process, and low cost, and fluorite concentrates with very low calcium carbonate content can be selected from high calcium type fluorite ore.

2.Fluorescent paint of natural fluorite

A processing technology of natural fluorite light coating, the process of which is beneficiation-crushing-preparation-mixing-sintering. The process has the characteristics of simple process and low cost, and can meet the needs of coatings for arts and crafts and various items with fluorescent effect requirements.

3. Preparation method of fluorite flotation agent

A preparation method for preparing a fluorite flotation collector, which uses crude fatty acid or mixed fatty acid as an intermediate product produced by oleic acid, and adds concentrated sulfuric acid with a weight of 3% to 15% by weight of the fatty acid to make it sulfate. After the reaction, a beneficiating foaming agent having a weight of 0.4% to 3% by weight of the fatty acid is added to the reaction product to form a product. The method provided by the invention has low production cost, and the produced fluorite flotation uses a collecting agent with strong collecting ability, good water solubility and good dispersibility, and is suitable for flotation of fluorite at normal temperature and low temperature.

4. Composition of fluorite flotation regulator

A method for flotation of fluorite ore. In the prior art, flotation of fluorite ore uses an acid plus a jacket and a synergist as a regulator. In this process, water glass is added with an acid and a composition composed of one or more soluble salts mixed with the acid is used as a conditioner to form a composition series. Acid and corresponding salt, the combination ratio range is water glass, acid, salt = 1 to 2: 1 to 5: 0.5 to 1. The process has strong adaptability, good stability, high recovery rate and low cost.

5. Carbonate-fluorite ore flotation separation method

This is a carbonate-fluorite ore flotation separation method which is economical and effective, especially suitable for flotation separation of fluorite ore with high carbonate content. The key lies in the selection of effective inhibitors of carbonate minerals-acidified water glass and dosing measures. Under normal process conditions, high purity separation of carbonic acid and fluorite is achieved.

6.Float fluorite method

The process involves a method for flotation of fluorite ore with a modifier. The invention uses a mixture of acid, alkali and synergist as the adjusting agent, and uses oleic acid or sodium oleate as the collector. The process flow is a composite circuit, and the fluorite ore is carried out under almost neutral and normal temperature conditions. In the flotation process, the recovered fluorite concentrate has a high recovery rate, good product quality, low impurity content, low chemical consumption, and low cost, and is suitable for various fluorite concentrator applications.
